Have you played the Gamera 2000 on the PSX? It's not the best BUT it is Gamera and does have some funny fmv cutscenes.

Hey! Yeah I played it when I first watched the Heisei films! I found it a bit derivative of Panzer Dragoon (Zwei specifically), but it was overall a pretty fun time, and also quite solid as a rail shooter. I really liked how it was tied to the movies and how goofy it was that there were Americans now. The OST was super cool too, I might replay it at some point.
